Crispy fried peanuts
Ingredients
  
Peanuts (moongfali) - 250 gm
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Maida (refined flour) - 1 tbsp
Haldi Powder - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 200 gm
Salt - 1 tsp



How to cook
1. Add arrowroot, salt, maida, haldi and kashmiri mirch to peanuts.
2. Add a little water and mix well till all the nuts are well coated.
3. Heat oil in a Kadahi and fry peanuts till the colour turns pink.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala and garam masala.
 
5. Cool and serve with tea or cold drinks
6. This snack can be stored in a dry and tight jar for long.
