White Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Muffins 

Ingredient

1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups chocolate chips

How to cook


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a standard-size muffin pan or cup.

1) Beat together the butter, sugar, baking powder, salt,and vanilla 
2)Beat in the eggs, then stir in the milk. 
3) Mix in the flour, then the chocolate chips.
4) Spoon the batter into the muffin cups; they'll be quite full. 
5) Sprinkle each muffin with a little coarse sugar.
6) Bake the muffins for 30 minutes.
7) Remove from the oven, and keep the pan to cool.
