Why breakfast is important

You must have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day plenty of times before, but did you know why?

Eating breakfast can reduce irritability and fatigue, so you get energy to carry you through the rest of the day. It also increases your metabolism rate. People who skip breakfast have a metabolism rate that’s 4-5% below normal. Eating a healthy breakfast can also prevent obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes.
