Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
50 Gms Cadbury's Cocoa
¾ Cup,150 Gms Margarine
1 Cup, 150 Gms Powdered White Sugar
2 Eggs
½ Cup, 50 Gms Chopped Walnuts
7 inch Square Cake Tin, Greased, Lined.
How To Cook
Melt 1/3 of the margarine in a pan, stir in Cadbury's Cocoa and keep aside. Mix remaining margarine with sugar till light in colour, gradually beta in the eggs. Add sieved flour, to the Cocoa mixture and chopped walnuts. Pour in prepared tin, smooth the surface and bake 180 degree C for 45 minutes until cooked. Cool in the tin and cut into squares.
