Aloo bhindi fry Ingredients Bhindi roughly chopped 100 gms Medium size aloo 2-3 Ginger garlic paste Pinch of hing 1 teaspoon jeera haldi powder dried chilli 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon chaat masala salt according to your taste oil 2 tablespoon How to cook Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan add jeera ,dried red chilli ,garlic ginger paste and chopped aloo along with a pinch of salt.Stir fry for 1 minute and further cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Take another pan and add a pinch of hing,add bhindi and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes Remove bhindi from the pan and transfer the fried bhindi onto another plate.
